Graceful Gatherings at LedgeRock offers multiple indoor and outdoor ceremony sites to suit your vision. These include our unique Chapel in the Woods, as well as several scenic locations situated near the main barn and pond. A 5-person golf card is included in the venue rental package for transportation from the Main Barn to your desired ceremony site.
Yes, Graceful Gatherings at LedgeRock provides a Bridal Suite inside the house and a Groom’s Lounge located on the lower level of the barn. All packages have access from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on the day of the event. House access is limited to the bride and groom after 6:00 PM for packages that include an overnight stay.

For food, you must contract with a third-party vendor. We have a list of local catering options loved by our previous guests.
2026 weddings will need to contract with a caterer for alcoholic beverages. Starting in 2027, beverage packages must be purchased from the venue. The venue provides bar-tending staff. Additionally, water and ice are available on-site.
Due to local town ordinances, all events must conclude by 11:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, and 10:00 PM on Sundays. Guests should depart at these times. However, vendors and cleanup crews have until midnight to clear the venue. The Graceful Gatherings team will be on-site to assist with the cleanup process.
Yes! We have a large parking lot with ample parking for your guests. Handicap guests have accessible parking spaces and wheelchair ramps.
All vehicles must be removed from the property by 10:00 AM the morning after your event in order to comply with permitting requirements.
Yes! We have systems in place for every season. The Renovated Barn is fully heated. The main barn features four overhead doors and two 16-foot ceiling fans to ensure excellent airflow and guest comfort. Additionally, the restrooms and kitchen are fully air-conditioned and heated. The Chapel in the Woods is an open-air structure with automated side curtains for inclement weather.
We supply all tables and chairs, including:
● 14 handmade rectangular farmhouse tables 108” long (seat 8-10 guests)
● 20 round tables 10- 60’ and 10- 72” (seat 8-10 guests)
● farmhouse sweetheart table 60” long (seats 2)
● 200 wooden cross-back chairs used on the main level for seating
● 80 Wooden folding chairs used for additional seating (as needed)
● 6 tall farmhouse-style bistro tables
● 2 wooden bar height chairs
If you book Graceful Gatherings, you get access to a wide set of built-in wedding amenities and décor, which you can mix and match or customize to fit your wedding vision. We do not permit open flames of any kind, glitter, confetti, oil lamps, sequins, birdseed, rice, hay, fog machines, cold sparks, or helium balloons. Additionally, no silk/fake flowers or rice may be thrown. The use of nails, tacks, glue, or staples to affix items to walls or columns – there are a few existing nails already in various locations.
Rehearsal dinners are available exclusively for weekend packages. We find these work best as casual, intimate gatherings where you can bring in drop-off catering and drinks. The evening is held in a space designated by the Venue Coordinator using the existing table layout. We ask that the rehearsal and dinner conclude by 8:00 PM and that the space is left tidy and cleared of personal items.
Yes! The venue offers a spacious guest house that sleeps 10-12 guests, there are several hotels and Airbnbs in the surrounding area. While we do not offer an in-house shuttle service, there are excellent independent transportation companies nearby. You can find a list of accommodations and shuttle options on our Vendors page.
Yes, pets may be present for the ceremony; however, you are responsible for cleaning up after your pets, and they must depart at the completion of pictures. No pets allowed in the house, overnight, or in the main barn.

Graceful Gatherings is a non-smoking facility, with the exception of specific designated outdoor areas. For the safety of our property and guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the barn, chapel, or restrooms. We kindly ask that you respect this policy and use the provided receptacles for disposal.
Yes! Our wedding venue offers several beautiful on-site settings perfect for wedding photos across the 120-acre grounds. Including a private waterfall, scenic pond, woodlands, meadows, and natural landscape backdrops. The rustic barn and chapel are great for indoor or porch-style photos.
